CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, I kindly ask that you provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 35% cost of scheduled service which will be charged to your credit card on file. If your service requires a deposit to book, it will be refunded or applied to a new appointment given a 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is made.
